All of our staff have undergone a unique training program, which is divided into two sections.

Core

The Self Adhesive Label Printing Business: This gives them a total overview of all aspects of label printing. From sales to design and layout, to printing, application and follow up.

All staff undergo the same program. They are also taken regularly to visit clients from diverse industries, to gain an understanding of who we are dealing with and why they deal with us.

This gives them the "bigger picture" and a comprehensive understanding of how their job is critical in getting the entire process through to a successful conclusion.

Specialized

This part of the program deals with the special role that each person has within the CFT Labels - the job specific role.

It gives them the theory of what they do, whether it be label design, operation of the Aquaflex machine. It then moves on to extensive hands on training.

The self adhesive label industry is one which is far more dynamic than many people realise, and to stay on the leading edge, one must always stay up to date.
